Refund Policy
This policy describes how refunds are handled for Azonova Sites, Azonova Sales, subscriptions, and digital services.
1. Digital service
Azonova Sites and Azonova Sales are digital subscription services. Access is granted once payment is confirmed.
2. Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals and you will retain access until the end of the current billing period, unless otherwise noted.
3. Refund eligibility
- Charges are generally non-refundable once a billing cycle begins.
- Refunds may be issued when required by law or if the service cannot be delivered.
- Domain registration fees, third-party fees, AI processing costs, data import costs, and setup costs are not refundable unless required by law.
4. How to request a refund
Email [email protected] with your site ID, subscription ID, and payment details. We will review the request and respond within a reasonable timeframe.
